Created in March 2002, the McDermott & Bull Executive Network is currently comprised of 1,600 senior executives that are in transition and looking for their next career opportunity or working but committed to maintaining and growing their current network. Members include past and current CEO's, Presidents, CFO's and Vice Presidents of some of Southern California’s leading companies.
Executive Network was created in order to provide Senior Executives with an extension of their current network. Developing contacts with other Senior Executives in transition throughout Southern California enables our members to build valuable industry relationships that they might not have previously been exposed to, receive job leads from group members and our firm, and provide assistance to other members. The group is comprised of Senior Executives who have held Vice President level position or higher.
In order to facilitate this networking and advance our member's job search we have made the following programs and services available.
1. Tele-Conferences
Tele-Conferences are held on a monthly basis; time to be determined. On the call are industry experts and professionals speaking on topics relative to job transition. Past speakers have included: employment lawyers, career coaches, outplacement executives, published authors and financial advisors. The calls last approximately 45 minutes and allows for our members to hear valuable information from industry experts, as well as ask questions that will benefit their search.
2. Quarterly Mixers
McDermott & Bull also hosts quarterly networking events with guest speakers and "structured networking" that ensures our members meet contacts that will add value to their job search. Our mixers have been dubbed "the most beneficial networking experience" by many Executive Network members because of the structured format.

3. The Executive Network Roster
Information on the roster includes contact information, previous company and position held, target companies and target industries. The roster is used by members to identify other members with whom they should be networking. By utilizing this roster, members are able to contact individuals who could be beneficial in their job search, as well as members for whom they could offer assistance.
4. Small Group Meetings
The purpose of the small group meetings is to increase face to face networking with other Executive Network members. The small groups consist of 5 members, strategically organized by McDermott & Bull. We pair our members with individuals in which we feel an introduction would be mutually beneficial.
