Irvine, Calif., October 4, 2007 - McDermott & Bull, a Southern California-based executive search firm, announced today the successful appointment of Scott Flanagin as the Vice President, National Accounts at Warren Wixen-Real Estate Services. Flanagin will be applying his financial analysis, project management, communication, and customer service skills to provide financial and strategic planning, brokerage, and portfolio management focusing on global real estate transactions for the firm.

Prior to joining Warren Wixen, Flanagin was the Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Accounts for The Staubach Company for the Los Angeles region, where he directed numerous transactions over $900 million in value from clients such as Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, Sun Microsystems, and the United States Government.

Flanagin received a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Kansas and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from Claremont Graduate University/Peter Drucker School of Management in Claremont, California.
