The McDermott & Bull Gathering dinner concept was created as a means of providing an intimate networking environment to C-Level Executives in the local area. What began as a quarterly event in 2003 has since expanded to over 25 dinners in 2007.
Leduc established The Women’s Summit in January 2007 to provide women leaders with the opportunity to connect with their peers from a varied cross-section of industries. Women’s Summit members include senior female executives, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders from some of the areas most successful companies and organizations. The goal is to regionalize the concept of the Women’s Summit as Leduc, co-Founder of the Women’s Summit and Principal Consultant at McDermott & Bull builds the Colorado office.
Leduc most recently served as an Associate Consultant and Engagement Manager at McDermott & Bull, the fastest growing retained executive search firm in Southern California. In that role, Leduc partnered with Craig Lipus, one of the firm’s most tenured Principal Consultants and the leader of the General Business and Technology Practice. She was responsible for managing and maintaining multiple client relationships by providing world class recruiting and fulfillment services on multiple executive level searches. Previously, Leduc served as the firm’s Director of Recruiting where she was responsible for building and professionalizing the recruiting infrastructure as well as growing and developing the internal Recruiting Team.
Prior to joining the team, Leduc worked in the medical device industry placing business development professionals with Management Recruiters International, the largest contingency search company in the world. She began recruiting in October 1999 with The Write Connection, a small family-owned staffing and outsourcing firm specializing in the Technical Documentation industry.
