McDermott & Bull Executive Search and Client Capstone Turbine Corporation Announce the Placement of Elizabeth Reynolds as Chief Accounting Officer

Irvine, Los Angeles, Pleasanton, CA and Denver, CO, April 23, 2007 – McDermott & Bull, a Southern California-based executive search firm, announced today the successful appointment of Elizabeth Reynolds as the Chief Accounting Officer at Capstone Turbine Corporation. Ms. Reynolds will be acting as a financial advisor to the company, providing financial analysis, planning, budget control, accounting, and profit and loss reporting and will be responsible for developing and accomplishing the goals of the finance and accounting departments.

Prior to joining Capstone, Ms. Reynolds was the Controller – North America for Spirent Communications where she managed the North American accounting teams and provided guidance on revenue recognition under U.S. GAAP and IFRS. Prior to that, she continuously increased responsibility from A/P, Customer Support, A/R, Collections, Payroll, to Staff Accountant and designed and implemented an automated purchase order system and automated customer support tracking system for The Donohoe Companies, Complete Building Services Division.

Ms. Reynolds received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Language and Literature at St. Mary’s College of Maryland, is a Certified Public Accountant, received a Masters of Business Administration at Marymount University, and is currently enrolled in Applied Management and Decision Sciences Doctorate program with a concentration in Leadership and Organizational Change from Walden University.
